Bookings & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or credits due to discomforts presented by nature or for early departures. Refunds will be processed and received within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your payment method).

Office Hours

Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

Check In/Out Times

Check-in time is 1:00 pm  All after-hours checkins must be arranged in advance and  24-hours notice is required,  so necessary arrangements can be made. 

Check-out time is 11 am.  Late departures or check-outs will result in an additional night's charge.

Registration & Visitors

All visitors must register at the office.  Visitors will be charged $5.00 per day. All visitors must leave the campground no later than 11:00 pm. Visitors spending the night must also register in which case a fee will also be levied.  Minors under the age of 18 are not to be left unattended in the campground. 

Pets

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. A maximum of two pets per site are permitted. It is strictly forbidden for pets to enter public areas, including washrooms, showers, pool area, pay areas, recreational centre. Dog owners must pick up after their pets  - remember to Poop and Scoop. ​Aggressive dogs such Pitt Bulls and Rottewilers are not permitted on the premises. 

Vehicles

Only one vehicle per site. All other vehicles to be parked in parking lot.

Speed Limit

All campers must respect the posted speed limit of 5 km/h for the regular camping section. Remember this keeps everyone safe. Watch out for the little ones! Repeated occurrences after verbal warnings could result in being removed from the park without a refund.

Bicycle Safety

Bicycle helmets must be worn by all cyclists under the age of 18. Look for the CSA or CPSC certification in the helmet before you buy or wear it. To provide maximum protection, the helmet should fit level and square on the head, and the front should cover the forehead.

Swimming Pool

The Pool will open mid-June (or sooner if feasible) pending inspections.
Pool hours are from 9:00 am to dusk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming is at your own risk. Children under 13 years of age are not allowed within the pool enclosure unless accompanied by a parent or his or her agent who is not less than 16 years of age.

​Daily Adult  Swim (aged 18 and over) is held from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. 

Firewood

No outside firewood is permitted.  Bundles of wood can be purchased from the site office for a nominal fee. 

Campfires

Each campsite has a designated fire pit and these are the only places where fires are permitted.  Keep fires small and contained within the designated area.  Never leave a fire unattended. Ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving your campsite or going to bed. Douse the fire with water and stir the embers until they are cold and no smoke remains. 

Fire Bans: Check for any fire bans in place before lighting any fire.  Fire ban notifications are posted at the Front Office/Recreation Hall and on our Facebook page.
